As a Project Lead for the website development of the entrepreneurship club of my college, I was responsible for leading a team of six members consisting of UI/UX designers, developers, and content writers. My role involved coordinating and delegating tasks to the team members, ensuring that the project was completed within the given timeframe, and that the website met the requirements and expectations of the entrepreneurship club.

I worked closely with the UI/UX designers to create an appealing and user-friendly interface that showcased the club's vision and mission. The developers and content writers worked on the technical aspects of the website, ensuring that the website was optimized for SEO and had engaging and informative content.

Being the Project Lead, I had to ensure that the team members were working collaboratively and efficiently towards the common goal of delivering a high-quality website. I regularly communicated with the team members to ensure that everyone was on the same page and any issues or concerns were addressed in a timely manner.

Through this project, I gained valuable leadership and teamwork skills, and I was able to apply my technical knowledge to create a successful website for the entrepreneurship club. The project not only helped me develop professionally but also allowed me to contribute to the college community by providing a platform for students to explore entrepreneurship opportunities.
